1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the conditions listed below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be accepted for return, your clothing item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Have all original tags attached and be in the original packaging.

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds unless required by local law.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made clothing

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at abdulsamadarts1@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Important: Items sent back without first getting return approval will not be accepted.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt until your return is processed.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the correct item.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • We will evaluate and work with you to correct the issue.
